What to Expect on Your First Visit

Welcome to Family Bible Church

We're glad you're considering visiting Family Bible Church! Walking into a new church can feel intimidating, but our hope is that from the moment you arrive, you'll feel welcomed, encouraged, and at home.

Family Bible Church is a multi-generational church, standing upon the authority of the Bible, striving to live in the world but not of it, and seeking to faithfully represent Christ in a fallen world.

Whether you've been following Jesus for years, are new to faith, or simply have questions, we would love to meet you.

What Should I Wear?

Come as you are! At Family Bible Church, you'll find people dressed in everything from jeans and a t-shirt to business casual attire. We care more about meeting you than what you're wearing.

What Is a Typical Service Like?

Our worship services typically last about 75 minutes and include:

• Worship through music

• Prayer

• Expository teaching

• Opportunities to connect with others

Our goal is to glorify God, grow in His Word, and encourage one another in our faith.

What About My Children?

We love families! Children's ministry is available during our second service, nursery is available at first and second service, providing a safe, caring environment where children can learn about Jesus at an age-appropriate level.

Our volunteers are carefully screened and committed to helping children feel welcomed, loved, and cared for.

Where Do I Go When I Arrive?

When you arrive, one of our greeters will be happy to help you find your way around, answer any questions, and help you check in your children if needed. If you'd prefer, simply stop by our check in desk and we'll help you get settled.

Will I Be Singled Out?

No. We won't ask visitors to stand up, wear a name tag (if you are visiting on communion Sunday) which is the first Sunday of each month, everyone will be wearing a nametag), or do anything that might make you feel uncomfortable. You're welcome to participate as much or as little as you'd like.

What about Giving?

A collection plate is passed toward the end of each service for those who wish to participate. Whether you choose to give or not, we are grateful that you’ve joined us and hope you’ll feel welcomed and encouraged during your visit.

How Can I Get Connected?

We believe church is more than attending a service, it's becoming part of a community. We offer opportunities for all ages through:

• Bible Studies

• Women's Ministry

• Men's Ministry

• Youth Ministry

• Children's Ministry

• Prayer Ministry

• Service Opportunities

We would love to help you find a place to connect, serve, and grow in your walk with Christ.

Have Questions?

If you have any questions before your visit, we'd be happy to help. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to Family Bible Church!

"Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God."
